In our studio we don’t offer glossy-magazine yoga or aesthetic pilates. We offer yoga and pilates as they should be: spaces of real care, for women who want concrete results on their body and a deep mental reset.
Because no discipline in the world combines mobility, breath and mental calm better. Yoga done properly teaches you to come back to your body, to breathe deeply, to release the tension you accumulate without noticing.
Because pilates is the most studied system to realign posture, strengthen the body’s core and bring lightness back to the back. We work both with matwork and reformer, always with individual attention.

In yoga and pilates, technical correction is everything. With 20 people in a room it’s impossible to receive real attention. Here the instructor sees you, corrects you, guides you session after session.
