In our studio we don’t offer glossy-magazine yoga or aesthetic pilates. We offer yoga and pilates as they should be: spaces of real care, for women who want concrete results on their body and a deep mental reset.

Why “yoga”?

Because no discipline in the world combines mobility, breath and mental calm better. Yoga done properly teaches you to come back to your body, to breathe deeply, to release the tension you accumulate without noticing.

Why “pilates”?

Because pilates is the most studied system to realign posture, strengthen the body’s core and bring lightness back to the back. We work both with matwork and reformer, always with individual attention.

  • Mobility and lightness — we reopen shoulders, hips and spine locked by daily life
  • Deep breathing — a breathing technique that reconnects you with yourself, even outside the studio
  • Posture and core — realignment that removes pain and restores fluidity to your movements

No. Stiffness is the reason why you start, not the requirement. The program is built specifically to regain mobility starting from your current level, whatever it may be.
Yoga works more on mobility, breathing and mental calm. Pilates works more on posture, core and deep strength. Many of our clients alternate them. In the first session we figure out together what the ideal starting point is for you.
We do both. Yoga is mainly on the mat, with props when needed. Pilates is both matwork and reformer if your program requires it. We decide together.
After you fill out the form, our reception contacts you within 24-48h to give you all the information and schedule an appointment. You come to our studio, meet the instructor and try the method in person. From there we propose the program that suits you best.
